Job description

Support Compensation and benefits reviews aligning the business and people objectives.

Provide data and insight into people metrix to support the business decision making processes.

Support the ongoing review of processes and procedures including new and evolving employment legislation.

Supporting the full employee lifecycle. Recruitment, talent management and staff engagement.

Partner closely with Managers and senior leadership team members to create a robust working environment

Set the agenda for the organisation's people strategy, ensuring it is in line with the short and long term needs of the business..
Person specification

Proven ability to work within an agile, fast moving environment, providing sound advice.

Proven experience in multi geographical areas an advantage.

Excellent stakeholder management

In depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

Track record of delivering on complex transformation projects and establishing a change culture.

Significant experience in a senior HR leadership role

Reliable leadership capability, including acting as a mentor and coach to developing managers.

Exceptional communication skills written and verbal.
Systems, tools and automation

Drive improvements through better use of integrations and data flows between platforms.

Own the HR tech landscape, including SafeHR, Teamtailor and associated tools, ensuring stability, integration, and relevance to business needs.

Lead on the identification, procurement and implementation of any new HR technologies, working closely with IT and relevant stakeholders.

Actively seek out opportunities to automate manual tasks, streamline processes, and enhance the employee experience through systems and self-service tools.
